Quest Waste Management is recruiting a reliable HGV Class 2 Rigid Tanker Driver in Leeds to transport liquid waste safely and efficiently, ensuring regulatory compliance and company procedures are followed. The role covers a variety of jetting and suction tankers and requires vigilance and accuracy in all documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience with tankers is advantageous; training can be provided.
• Training or demonstrated competency in high-pressure jetting, first aid and manual handling.

Responsibilities

• Drive and operate a range of tanker vehicles following training.
• Respond to emergency call-outs addressing sewer blockages and pollution incidents.
• Handle collection and safe disposal of controlled and liquid waste in line with regulations.
• Adhere to health, safety, and environmental procedures.
• Conduct pre- and post-shift vehicle checks for compliance.
• Record job details accurately and maintain documentation.
• Ensure PPE is in good condition and used properly.
• Be adaptable and support other field teams when needed.
