Job summary

JDR Recruitment is seeking HGV Class 2 Skip Drivers to join our client’s team in Cardiff. Immediate start with 0600 starts, up to 10 hour days. Ongoing contract with temp to perm opportunities.

You will drive HGV2 Skip lorries around Cardiff and surrounding areas, perform daily vehicle checks and maintain a professional, customer-focused approach. Weekly pay and a strong induction programme onsite are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Class 2 licence (Cat C) and CPC & Digi Tacho card.
• Minimum 12 months recent experience preferred.
• Previous skip experience advantageous.
• Strong focus on safety and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out site deliveries and collections around Cardiff and surrounding areas.
• Ensuring vehicle checks are completed daily.

About you

As an HGV Class 2 Skip Driver you will have the following skills and experience:

• Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
• Min experience 12 months recent experience preferred
• Previous skip experience advantageous
• Valid CPC & Digi Tacho card
• Strong focus on safety and customer service
