Job summary

Workmate Agency is seeking an experienced HGV Class 2 Skip Driver for a long-term role in Uxbridge/UB9. You will deliver and collect skips, ensuring safe vehicle operation and proper waste disposal while delivering excellent customer service.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00am–5:00pm, with a competitive pay rate of £18.50 per hour. This is a stable, ongoing position within an established team.

Qualifications

• Previous skip driver experience is essential.
• Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) Licence.
• Valid Driver CPC Qualification Card.
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card.
• Good level of spoken and written English is essential.
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
• Good communication skills and professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and collect skips from customer sites.
• Safely operate a skip vehicle in line with company procedures and road safety regulations.
• Ensure waste is handled and disposed of correctly.
• Complete all required paperwork accurately.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects or issues.
• Provide a professional and helpful service to customers.

HGV Class 2 Skip Driver

Location: Uxbridge, UB9

Salary: £18.50 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 5:00pm
