Job summary

Aligra Personnel Ltd is seeking an experienced Class 2 Driver for a stable, long-term role with immediate start near South Cerney. You will drive waste and recycling vehicles on pre-planned routes and complete daily checks.

This role offers full training, a temp-to-perm contract, and the chance to work outdoors as part of a dedicated team with supportive management. Weekend work not required; shifts are Monday to Friday with early starts.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Class 2 driver with clean licence preferred.
• Ability to drive waste/recycling vehicles safely on planned routes.
• Knowledge of health & safety policies and daily vehicle checks.

Responsibilities

• Drive waste and recycling vehicles on pre-planned routes.
• Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any defects.
• Assist with vehicle loading when required.
• Refuel and prepare vehicles for next shift.
• Comply with health and safety policies at all times.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Maintain a flexible approach to hours and tasks.
