Job summary

Swift Temps Ltd is seeking an HGV Class 2 Refuse Collection Driver in Cheltenham for ongoing, full-time work with a path to permanence. The role offers early starts on weekdays with immediate starts available and no weekend work.

You will drive a Class 2 vehicle on planned routes, support the team on daily collections, and perform vehicle checks in line with health and safety guidelines. Experience with Class 2 and CPC is preferred.

Qualifications

• Full UK Category C (Class 2) licence required.
• Valid Driver CPC qualification.
• Digital Tachograph Card required.
• No more than 6 penalty points (depending on offence code).
• Ideally, a minimum of 1 year's Category C licence holding.

Pay Rate: £17.05 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, approximately 06:45 – 15:00

Start Date: Immediate starts available

We're currently recruiting HGV Class 2 Refuse Collection Drivers to join a busy and friendly team in Cheltenham. This is an excellent opportunity for drivers looking for ongoing, full-time work, with the potential to secure a permanent position for the right candidate.

• Driving a Class 2 refuse collection vehicle on planned routes.
• Working alongside the refuse collection team to complete daily collections safely and efficiently.

Requirements
