HGV Class 2 Night Driver Bury St Edmunds!

We currently have exciting, flexible opportunities for HGV Class 2 Night Drivers (also called Cat C Drivers) to join our growing Bury St Edmunds depot.

Day shifts typically start between 00:00-02:00.

What You’ll Do:

Our HGV Class 2 drivers work on shifts, safely transporting palletised parcels to Couriers or collecting from Delivery Units (where our couriers pick them up). You will typically have a run with 4-5 drops, ensuring safe, efficient driving and accurate paperwork.

Full-time roles are 40 hours a week, but flexible contracts and part-time hours are available. Full-time is any 5 shifts out of 7, with rotas given in advance.

What We Can Offer You:

£16.62 per hour (£16.06 plus £0.56 seasonal allowance), with overtime at £24.14 once full-time hours are completed.

Essential Skills & Experience Required:

• You’ll need a full UK driving licence with HGV Class 2 (Cat C) entitlements, Driver’s CPC, and digital tachograph. Newly-qualified drivers are welcome, but all drivers must undertake a short driving assessment.
• Reasonable physical fitness
