Job summary

Drivers Today is seeking an experienced HGV Class 2 driver for a busy pallet distribution operation based near Stoke-on-Trent. Expect regular Monday–Friday day work with a 07:30 start and an approx. 45 hours per week, suitable for someone seeking a stable, long‑term role.

You will drive an 18‑tonne curtain‑sided vehicle delivering palletised goods across Cheshire and Warrington, with 15–20 drops per day. Pay is £17.00 per hour PAYE including holiday pay, with weekly pay and long-term ongoing

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Class 2 / Category C licence.
• Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• At least 12 months Class 2 multi-drop experience.
• Previous pallet delivery experience.
• Confidence using curtain‑sided vehicles, tail lifts and pump trucks.
• Reliable, professional approach to work.

Drivers Todayare looking for experienced HGV Class 2 / Category C Driversfor a busy, well-established pallet distribution company based in Longport, Newcastle-under-Lyme, near Stoke-on-Trent.

We're offering regular Monday-to-Friday day work, with 07:30 starts, approximately 45 hours per week and the opportunity to settle into a long-term position.

What Will You Be Doing?

• Deliveries mainly across Cheshire and Warrington (CW and WA postcodes)

• Providing friendly, professional customer service

You'll be covering familiar delivery areas, allowing you to get to know your routes and customers.

What Do You Need?

We're looking for drivers with:

• A valid HGV Class 2 / Category C licence

• Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card

• At least 12 months' Class 2 multi-drop experience

• Previous pallet delivery or pallet-network experience

• Confidence using curtain-sided vehicles, tail lifts and pump trucks

• A reliable, professional approach to work

Counterbalance forklift experience would be a bonus, but isn't essential.
