Job summary

Got People Ltd is recruiting HGV Class 2 Dustcart/Refuse Drivers for a client in the Potters Bar area. Excellent opportunity with regular Monday to Friday shifts and an immediate start.

Training provided for those without dustcart experience, with weekly pay and a supportive team environment. The role involves operating a Class 2 dustcart safely, completing routes, assisting loading, and performing daily safety inspections.

Qualifications

• 12 months' HGV Class 2 driving experience.
• UK Category C licence is required.
• Digital Tachograph Card is required.
• No more than 6 penalty points; DR/IN endorsements not allowed.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Class 2 refuse (dustcart) vehicle safely and efficiently.
• Complete scheduled waste and recycling collection routes accurately.
• Assist the loading team as required.
• Perform daily vehicle safety inspections.
• Comply with road transport regulations and health & safety guidelines.
• Maintain a reliable and professional service at all times.

Are you a skilled HGV Class 2 (Category C) Driver seeking dependable, long-term employment with competitive remuneration?

Got People is currently recruiting HGV Class 2 Dustcart / Refuse Drivers to join a reputable client based in the Potters Bar area.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure regular Monday to Friday shifts with an immediate start.

Your Responsibilities

Person Specification

• Minimum of

12 months' HGV Class 2 (Category C) driving experience

• Previous dustcart/refuse experience is advantageous but not essential
• Valid UK Category C Driving Licence
• Digital Tachograph Card
• No more than

6 penalty points on licence, with no DR or IN endorsements

• Positive attitude, dependable, and willing to assist with loading duties
