Burdens, part of the Wolseley Group, is hiring an HGV Driver in Nottingham. You will join a well-supported team delivering to construction sites, operating a hiab, and ensuring loads are secured and compliant with CPC and tachograph requirements.

The role is full-time with a 45-hour week, no weekend work, and attractive benefits including pension and bonus opportunities. Previous HGV experience and a Class 2 licence with CPC are essential.

Formación

• Previous HGV driving experience is essential.
• Class 2 licence, digital tachograph card and CPC training required.
• Hiab license is essential.
• Ability to operate a crane.
• Merchant experience is desirable but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Driving 26t vehicles with a hiab doing multi-drop deliveries to our customers building sites
• Completing vehicle checks before starting deliveries
• Strapping down goods and ensuring the load is secure
• Loading and unloading the vehicles
