Job summary

GAP Group is recruiting for an HGV Driver to join GAP Hire Solutions at the Tilbury depot. The role covers loading, delivering and collecting rental pump and power equipment to customer sites, ensuring timely and professional service while complying with all legal requirements.

Applicants should have a Full UK HGV Class 2 licence with a valid Digital Tachograph card, a CPC (ideally with months remaining), and HIAB is preferred though training will be provided. Health and safety is a core focus.

Qualifications

• Significant experience loading, delivering and collecting equipment to/from customer sites.
• Full UK HGV Class 2 licence and valid Digital Tachograph card.
• Valid CPC, ideally with months remaining before expiry.
• HIAB licence preferred but full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Load, deliver and collect rental pump and power equipment to and from customer sites in a timely and professional manner.
• Drive safely and legally at all times.
• Complete all hire-related checks and administration accurately.
