Veolia ES (UK) Limited is seeking a professional HGV driver in Telford to operate daily waste collection routes. You will drive to planned locations, unload containers and ensure all data is entered into the onboard system. The role requires adherence to safety checks and legal weight limits.

The position offers 48 hours per week, with 4am starts, Saturday and Bank Holiday rosters, and a competitive annual salary plus Veolia benefits. Training and development opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Essential: HGV Class 2 (Cat C) licence and CPC Digi/Tachograph.
• Desirable: prior experience in waste/drives sector.
• Strong knowledge of local road networks and routes.

Responsabilités

• Drive to planned collection locations and unload multiple waste containers.
• Record all information in onboard system and keep paperwork up to date daily.
• Perform daily vehicle checks as per driver operator handbook.
• Comply with traffic laws and weight limits on loads.

Connaissances

HGV Class 2 licence (Cat C)

Good local geographical knowledge
