Job summary

HG Recruitment is recruiting for an HGV Class 2 driver based in Cullompton. Start times are between 05:00 and 06:00 with shifts typically lasting 8–10 hours and 6–8 drops per shift.

The role offers weekly pay, ongoing shifts, and a temp-to-perm pathway. You must have a valid UK HGV licence, Driver CPC, tachograph card, and comply with hours rules.

Qualifications

• Valid UK HGV Class 2 licence.
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• No more than 6 points on licence.
• Good knowledge of drivers hours and Working Time rules.
• Reliable and professional approach.

Responsibilities

• Drive and deliver with approximately 6–8 drops per shift.
• Shift starts between 05:00 and 06:00; 8–10 hour shifts.
• Tuesday–Saturday pattern; 8 hours paid minimum per shift.
• Ongoing temporary work with temp-to-perm opportunity.
