Millison Chase Limited is currently recruiting experienced HGV Class 2 Drivers on behalf of a professional and growing transport operation specialising in general haulage deliveries throughout the UK.

We are looking for reliable and professional drivers for ongoing full-time work. Pay is £16.00 per hour Monday to Friday and £19.00 per hour weekends, with PAYE direct employment and ongoing support from a professional transport recruitment team.

Responsibilities

• HGV Class 2 driving duties and general haulage deliveries across the UK.

• Conduct daily vehicle checks and defect reporting.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism.

This role involves completing collections and deliveries for a variety of palletised and general haulage goods while maintaining high standards of safety, customer service, and professionalism.

Drivers can expect between 1 and 20 drops per shift depending on route allocation and delivery schedules. Some shifts may be long, so flexibility and a positive working attitude are essential.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Class 2 drivers looking for consistent work, competitive PAYE pay rates, and support from a professional transport recruitment team.

Pay & Progression

Key Responsibilities

• HGV Class 2 Driver Duties
• As an HGV Class 2 Driver, your responsibilities will include:
• Completing general haulage deliveries and collections throughout the UK
• Carrying out between 1 and 20 drops per shift
• Ensuring all transport paperwork is completed accurately
• Following all drivers hours and tachograph regulations
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks and defect reporting
• Maintaining excellent customer service standards
• Operating vehicles safely and professionally at all times
