Job summary

Millison Chase Limited is recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 drivers for a professional transport operation delivering across the UK. This is ongoing full-time work with 1–5 drops per shift and schedules that may be long, demanding reliability and a positive attitude.

Duties include deliveries and collections, paperwork, hours/tachographs, and daily vehicle checks. Pay rates are £16.00 per hour Days and £17.00 per hour Nights, with PAYE direct employment, occasional night out allowance, holiday

Millison Chase Limited is currently recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 Drivers on behalf of a professional and growing transport operation specialising in general haulage deliveries throughout the UK.

We are looking for reliable and professional drivers for ongoing full-time work. This role involves completing collections and deliveries for a variety of palletised and general haulage goods while maintaining high standards of safety, customer service, and professionalism.

Drivers can expect between 1 and 5 drops per shift depending on route allocation and delivery schedules. Some shifts may be long, so flexibility and a positive working attitude are essential.

HGV Class 1 Driver Duties

• Completing general haulage deliveries and collections throughout the UK
• Carrying out between 1 and 3 drops per shift
• Ensuring all transport paperwork is completed accurately
• Following all driver’s hours and tachograph regulations
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks and defect reporting
• Operating vehicles safely and professionally at all times

Pay Rates

• £16.00 per hour Monday to Friday Days
• £17.00 per hour Monday to Friday Nights
• PAYE direct employment with Millison Chase Limited
• Occasional night out allowance £25 per night out (Nights out Optional)
