Job summary

Apex Resources Ltd. is seeking experienced HGV Class 2 drivers to join our growing team in Southampton. This role offers regular work with competitive pay and a supportive environment.

We provide a mix of shifts, with a modern fleet and ongoing training. Responsibilities include safe deliveries nationwide, vehicle checks, and maintaining documentation while delivering excellent customer service at handover points.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Class 2 (CE) licence.
• CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Good knowledge of drivers' hours and working time regulations.
• Previous Class 1 driving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safe and timely delivery of goods to customers nationwide.
• Completing vehicle checks and reporting any defects.
• Ensuring compliance with driver hours, tachograph, and road transport regulations.
• Maintaining accurate delivery documentation.
• Providing excellent customer service at delivery points.
