Job summary

Cleansing Service Group Ltd (CSG) in Newbury is seeking a dedicated HGV Class 2 driver for a permanent, full-time position. You will operate a tanker, serve domestic and commercial customers, and join an on-call rota with training provided.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic and committed to delivering quality customer service.
• HGV Class 2 licence is required.
• Digi-card and current CPC qualification.
• Experience in the waste management industry desirable but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Own a modern vehicle with support from centre engineering and a substantial vehicle investment programme.
• Visit domestic customers, collect sewage waste, and build good relationships.
• Advise customers on waste system operation and safety.
• Operate the tanker with skill and safety awareness.
• Join the on-call rota and handle out-of-hours work.
• Collaborate with the transport depot to serve long-serving customers.
• Visit commercial sites to collect industrial waste and cleanse drainage systems.
