Job summary

Driver Hire Colchester & Sudbury is seeking a reliable HGV Class 2 Drayman to join our team for local deliveries. You will ensure safe, timely arrival of goods, maintain excellent customer service, and take care of the vehicle and products on every shift.

Full training is provided, and flexible start times with weekly pay are available to suit your lifestyle. Prior dray/delivery experience is welcome but not essential.

Qualifications

• Full, valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence.
• CPC & Digital tachograph card essential
• Good knowledge of local roads & routes
• Reliable, punctual and hard-working
• Previous dray/delivery experience preferred BUT NOT ESSENTIAL AS FULL TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED

Responsibilities

• Safe, timely delivery of goods on local routes
• Excellent customer service and care for vehicle and products
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and operate safely
• Follow schedules and routes as directed
