Job summary

Sharpsmart are seeking a dedicated, customer-focused Class 2 driver to support our healthcare clients in Altofts. You will safely collect, deliver and store medical waste containers at customer locations, while building strong relationships and delivering on time.

Role requires safe driving, adherence to schedules and regulatory logging. Permanent position with opportunities for overtime, private healthcare, dental care and an employee benefits scheme are offered.

• Operating vehicles in a safe manner.
• Completing deliveries to time schedule and communicating changes as they arise.

• Managing a route per leadership’s direction with timely service.
• Complying with regulations, logging hours and roadside inspections.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer focused driver with a Class 2 license and to utilize your experience with our healthcare customers.

• Safely collecting, delivering and storing our containers at customer locations
• Providing strong customer service and building positive customer relationships
• Operating vehicles in a safe manner
• Completing deliveries to time schedule, and clearly communicating changes or challenges as they arise
• Loading and unloading
• Managing a route per leaderships direction | delivering timely, efficient and effective service
• Complying with regulations, logging hours and roadside inspections
• Heavy lifting
• Class 2 license with ADR(ADR Preferred - training can be provided for the right person)
• A flexible, can-do attitude with a strong customer focus
• Experience operating vehicles in a safe manner with a manual element
• On time delivery practices and the understanding of our essential service
• Opportunities for overtime
• Consistent work hours -Monday -Friday, days only. 6.30am starts.
