Job summary

Jewson Taunton is seeking a dedicated HGV Class 2 driver to join our delivery team. You will deliver building materials to customers, load/unload, and operate the vehicle-mounted crane as required.

The role covers a Taunton-based cluster of branches including Bridgwater, Chard, Tiverton and Minehead. The position requires a valid HGV Class 2 licence, CPC and Digi Tachograph cards; multidrop experience is helpful but not essential.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence.
• Valid CPC Card and Digi Tachograph card.
• Multidrop experience is handy but not required.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver building materials to customers with a professional approach.
• Load and unload goods and operate the crane as needed.
• Cover absence within a designated Taunton area and surrounding branches.
