Job summary

Pure Staff Ltd is actively recruiting experienced HGV Class 2 drivers for ongoing roles in Gloucester. You will handle general haulage and multi-drop palletised deliveries using curtain-sider trailers across the region.

Shifts run Monday to Friday starting around 07:00, typically 8–10 hours. Pay is £15.00 per hour days, or £16.81 with holiday pay rolled up; regular weekly pay and direct PAYE with no umbrella компанies are included.

Qualifications

UK Category C Licence.
Valid Digital Tachograph Card.
Valid Driver CPC Card.
Minimum 2 years HGV Class 2 driving experience.
No more than 6 penalty points.
Professional, reliable and safety-conscious attitude.
Good understanding of driver hours, tachograph regulations and vehicle safety checks.
Experience with multi-drop or palletised distribution is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

General haulage deliveries to a variety of customer sites across the region.
Multi-drop deliveries of palletised goods using a curtain-sider trailer.
Manage up to 16 deliveries per shift, with fewer drops on bulk runs.
Adhere to day shifts Mon-Fri, with start times around 07:00 and 8–10 hour shifts.
