QS Recruitment Ltd is seeking an HGV 2 driver for a steel stock client in the UK. This temporary role offers a clear path to permanent employment with a Monday to Friday shift from 06:30 to 15:45. Overtime is paid at time and a half, and there is a monthly bonus based on safety performance.

Applicants must hold a valid HGV 2 licence, CPC and tachograph, and demonstrate reliability, hard work and a strong safety focus. Closing date for applications is 20/11/2026.

Job Description

Looking for a HGV 2 role that offers monthly bonus on top of salary, good hours, and overtime. We have a role for you!

Our steel stock client is seeking a reliable HGV 2 driver to join their team on a temp to perm basis.

Duration: This is a genuine opportunity to have a full-time role in a great company that strives to protect their staff.

Contract Type: Temporary

Hourly Rate: Annual salary is £31,000, with monthly bonus based on safety score.OT will be paid at time and 1/2.

Working Hours: This role is Monday to Friday.Hours are 06:30 to 15:45.Anything outside of these hours will be paid as overtime.

Experience & Qualifications

• This role requires applicants to have valid and in-date HGV 2 on licence, CPC, and tacho.
