Job summary

24-7 Recruitment Services is recruiting HGV Class 2 Drivers for a day-shift role in Worksop (S80). Immediate start with part-time/ad hoc work and potential full-time opportunities.

Must have a valid HGV Class 2 licence, Driver CPC, Digital Tachograph Card, and no more than 6 penalty points. Typical shifts start at 06:00 with 1–4 drops daily.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) Licence is required.
• Driver CPC Card and Digital Tachograph Card are required.
• Minimum 6 months HGV driving experience.
• No more than 6 penalty points (No DD, DR, TT, or IN endorsements).
• Comfortable with manual handling and physical work.

Responsibilities

• Drive day shifts with 1–4 drops per day.
• Load and unload parcels; handball may be required.
• Deliver to a variety of stores, sites and businesses.
• Adhere to rota start times and site-specific requirements.

Pay Rates: £16.25 – £17.25. Night out £30/night

We are currently recruiting for HGV Class 2 (Category C) Drivers to work with our client based in Worksop (S80). This is a day-shift role and potential Tramping, with an immediate start available.

This position is initially part-time and ad hoc, with the potential to develop into a full-time, ongoing opportunity for the right candidate.

If you have a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and at least 6 months of HGV Class 2 driving experience, we want to hear from you.

Job Details

• Monday to Friday
• 5 days per week available
• Start time: 06:00 (or as required depending on Rota)
• Between 1–4 drops per day
• Loads are tied, caged, and palletised
• Deliveries can be made to a variety of stores,sites and businesses
• Handball and manual handling required. Possible Tail-lift
• Loading and unloading involved
• Ad hoc work with long-term and full-time opportunities available

Driver Requirements
