Job summary

Conquip is seeking a dependable HGV Class 2 Driver to join our team on a permanent basis. You will deliver and collect products, liaising with the Transport Manager to maintain an excellent customer-first delivery service. You will work 10-hour shifts, typically 6am–4pm, with overtime and occasional overnight stays compensated (£40 per stay).

This is a Mon-Fri role with weekends off. Required CPC and Digital Tachograph compliance, Class 2 licence with at least 2 years of experience, and the

Permanent

I am pleased to be representing a leading Engineering company, that is seeking a dependable and experienced Class 2 Delivery Driver to join their team on a permanent basis. As a key member of organisation, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of essential equipment for various projects while representing the company in all interactions.

You will work 10-hour shifts, between the hours of 4am and 7pm, with your regular hours being 6am and 4pm, flexibility around these times is essential. You may also be required to stay overnight, with a fixed payment of £40 per stay away.

This is a Monday to Friday position, with weekends off.

The Person

• Compliant with CPC and Digital Tacho
• Class 2 Licence and experience (min. 2 years)
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
