Job summary

Driver Require are seeking experienced adhoc HGV Class 2 Drivers to support our client’s operation in Orpington, delivering flooring to customers in and around London. Shifts are typically Monday–Friday with 7am starts, involving palletised loads and light to heavy lifting.

Applicants must hold a CPC and Drivers Card, have no more than 6 points, and provide a full 5-year working history with references. The role is PAYE, paying £17.93 per hour (including holiday).

Qualifications

• Must have CPC and Drivers Card.
• No more than 6 points on license (no majors).
• Provide CV and 5 years of work history with references.

Responsibilities

• Deliver palletised flooring to customers in and around London.
• Assist with loading/unloading; heavy lifting as required.
• Work in adhoc Monday–Friday shifts starting around 7am; accurate and timely deliveries.

HGV Class 2 Driver Rates of pay:

• HGV Class 2 Driver
• Monday – Friday shifts available on an adhoc basis 7am Start times
• Delivering mainly palletised flooring in and around London
• Heavy lifting and handball

Candidate Requirements:

• HGV Class 2 Driver - with CPC and Drivers Card
• Must be comfortable with handball and heavy lifting
• Must be comfortable driving in and around London
• Physically fit
• No more than 6 points - no majors accepted
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Time Management skills
