Job summary

Driver Require is recruiting an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver for our client based in Brackmills, Northampton. You will deliver insulation products, plasterboard, ceiling systems and partitioning materials to construction sites and commercial premises within a 30‑mile radius, with about 2–8 deliveries daily.

Training to operate a Moffett truck for self‑offloading is provided. Overtime applies after 48 hours, with enhanced rates and holiday pay.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence.
• Minimum 1 year's HGV Class 2 driving experience.
• Maximum 6 penalty points.
• No DD, DR, IN or other major endorsements.
• Good knowledge of tachograph regulations, drivers' hours and road traffic laws.
• Strong commitment to health and safety.

HGV Class 2 Driver (HGVCL14120) Northampton, England

Salary: GBP18 - GBP20.17 per hour

Driver Require is recruiting experienced HGV Class 2 Drivers for our client based in Brackmills, Northampton.

You will deliver insulation products, plasterboard, ceiling systems and partitioning materials to construction sites and commercial premises, typically within a 30-mile radius. Expect approximately 2–8 deliveries per day, with occasional collections.

Training will be provided to operate a Moffett truck for self-offloading.

Pay Rates

• Overtime after 48 hours: £21.00 per hour PAYE (up to £23.53 including holiday pay)
