Job summary

The Best Connection Group in Newport is recruiting a Class 2 (Cat C) Driver for local recycling collections. You will operate a Class 2 vehicle as part of a small loader crew on local routes with no long-distance work.

Typical shifts start at 07:00, Monday to Friday, 7.5 hours paid per day, with overtime opportunities. The role offers weekly pay (Fridays), holiday accrual, pension contributions, and on-site parking. Immediate starts available.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence, CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• No more than 6 points (no DDs, DRs, or IN10s).
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive a Class 2 vehicle for kerbside recycling collections.
• Work as part of a loader/crew on local, multi-stop routes.
• Assist with loading if required and maintain excellent customer service.

The Role:

• Driving a Class 2 vehicle for kerbside collection of recycling
• Working as part of a team with a loader/crew

• Average 7.5-hour days, paid for job and knock
• Early starts - 07:00 AM
• Monday to Friday - No weekends!
