Job summary

Driver Hire in the East Midlands region is seeking an experienced Class 2 HGV Driver to join a busy transport operation. You will be responsible for ensuring deliveries and collections are completed safely, efficiently, and on time while representing the business in a professional manner at customer sites.

Regular start times of 6:00 or 7:00 in the morning help maintain consistent schedules; overtime is payable after 8 hours.

Qualifications

• HGV Class 2 licence with at least 6 months experience.
• IPAF and CSCS cards held.
• Experience delivering powered access or similar plant/equipment such as MEWPs or telehandlers.

Responsibilities

• Carry out deliveries and collections safely, efficiently and on time.
• Represent the business professionally at customer sites and maintain strong relationships.
• Support a busy transport operation with reliable, punctual service.

Pay Rates:

• £14.50 per hour on PAYE Accrued
• £16.25 per hour on PAYE Advanced
• Overtime payable after 8 hours.
