Job summary

Taskmaster Resources LTD is hiring HGV Class 2 day drivers for a Doncaster-based client to cover South Yorkshire and surrounding areas. Shifts start 0600–0700, with deliveries to pubs, clubs and restaurants. You will unload pallets using a pallet truck; handball is required and up to 18 drops per shift is possible.

Must hold Category C entitlement, Digi Card, CPC and have no more than 3 points. Immediate starts, weekly pay, free PPE and holiday pay accrual offered.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid Category C (Class 2) HGV entitlement.
• MINIMUM OF 2 YEAR CLASS 2 EXPERIENCE.
• Hold a valid Digital Tachograph Card (Digi Card).
• NO MORE THAN 3 points for insurance purposes
• NO DD,IN,DR or TT endorsements will be accepted for insurance purposes
• Hold a full CPC.
• Be Polite and Pleasant

Responsibilities

• Drive and deliver to restaurants, pubs and clubs across South Yorkshire and wider area.
• Unloading palletised loads including kegs and wine, using pallet truck or sack barrow.
• Handball involved; occasional city/town centre drops with multiple stops up to 18 per shift

HGV Class 2 Day Drivers - Multidrop

Pay:£14.95ph

Working days are Monday to Friday

Taskmaster Resources LTD are currently looking HGV Class 2 day drivers to work for our client based in Doncaster to work across South Yorkshire and the wider area.

Starting between 0600 and 0700 each day, you will be working with a drivers mate delivering to restaurants, pubs and clubs. You will be responsible for unloading the vehicle palletised loads including kegs, boxes of wine and other items. You will have the use of an electric powered pallet truck, sack barrow. At times you can have up to 18 drops, however these could be in a city or town centre so some will be close together.

Handball will be involved so having the right driver with a can do attitude would be a great addition for securing ongoing work.

Applicants must have the following:

• Hold a valid Category C (Class 2) HGV/ LGV entitlement.
