Qualifications

Start time 04:00 - 06:00
Minimum 8-hour shift, some longer days if busy

Full description of the role

£14.50 per hour (PAYE) / £16.25 per hour (PAYE Advanced inc. holiday pay)

1. Handle goods and packages with care, including handballing heavier items and loading/unloading them onto/from the delivery vehicle. Ensure proper stacking and securing of cargo to prevent damage during transit.
2. Safely operate a Class 2 delivery vehicle to transport goods to various destinations across the UK, ensuring on-time deliveries.
3. Multidrop (10 to 15 drops), manual unloading of deliveries.

Skills / qualifications

• Valid C licence (Class 2)
• Valid Tachograph & CPC
• No more than 6 Points or Major Offences
• Minimum of 12 months Class 2 driving experience
• Ability to lift and handle heavy items safely
• Flexible schedule to accommodate varying delivery demands
• Commitment to safety and compliance with company policies and procedures
