Job summary

Challenge - TRG Recruitment Limited is seeking Class 2 HGV drivers for Crewe with immediate starts. This role covers retail deliveries on a variety of shift patterns, with day and night runs available and a sixth shift incentive. Ongoing bookings and both FT/PT options are offered.

You will need a valid UK Class 2 licence with 2 years' Class 1 experience, a DCPC card, and compliance with WTD rules. Excellent communication and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid UK C (Class 2) Licence with minimum 2 years Class 1 driving experience
• DCPC Qualification Card and Digital Tachograph
• Understand and comply with Driver's hours and Working Time Directive
• Carry out vehicle checks to ensure safety and report defects
• Excellent communication skills with a flexible, can-do attitude

Responsibilities

• Deliver retail orders in and around Crewe and adjacent areas
• Adhere to drivers hours rules and legal requirements
• Maintain vehicle condition and report defects promptly

Pay Rate: up to £32.04 per hour

• Days: £21.36
• Nights: £22.48
• Sixth shift incentive:£32.04

Job Type: Ongoingwork, Weekly bookings, Trunking work or Store work.

Shifts:

Various shift patterns available including Monday to Friday.

Both AM & PM start times available

Adhoc or FT roles available to suit
