Job summary

GXO Logistics Ltd in Crawley is seeking an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver for a permanent, full-time, on-site role supporting B&Q home delivery. The position is based in Crawley (RH11 7SU) and involves delivering kitchen and bathroom goods to customers across multiple drops.

You'll drive safely and legally, keep accurate records of driving hours using Tachomaster, and ensure correct delivery documentation is provided to customers. A focus on customer service and compliance with WTD is essential.

Responsibilities

• Delivering kitchen and bathrooms to customer premises (multidrop).
• Maintain accurate driving/working time records using the Tachomaster system and manual entries to record all working hours as required by the WTD regulations.
• Operate company vehicles in a safe, legal, and efficient manner.
• Ensure all products are checked off the vehicle and the customer receives the correct products and delivery documentation.
• Keep customers informed of their estimated time of delivery and where issues occur, communicating politely.

• Maintain accurate driving/working time records using the Tachomaster system and manual entries to record all working hours as required by the WTD regulations
• Operate company vehicles in a safe, legal, and efficient manner
• Ensure all products are checked off the vehicle and the customer receive the correct products and delivery documentation
• Keep customers informed of their estimated time of delivery and where issues occur communicate with in a polite and courteous manner
