Job summary

The Best Connection is recruiting HGV Class 2 drivers for a Rugby-based client. You will deliver caged products to replenishment points for an internationally recognised retailer, with a 5 on 3 off pattern and ongoing work.

In addition to full induction training, there is potential for a full-time position after a qualifying period. A minimum of 1 year of Class 2 driving experience is required for insurance purposes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience driving Class 2.
• Comfortable handling cages and operating tail-lift.
• UK HGV Class 2 license preferred/required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver caged products to replenishment stations.
• Operate tail-lift and handle cages safely.
• Work a 5 on 3 off pattern as part of ongoing schedule.

Job description

Our Client, based in Rugby, are looking for HGV Class 2 AM and PM Drivers to add to their growing business. The successful applicant will be working a 5 on 3 off pattern, and will be responsible for delivering caged products to replenishment stations on behalf of an internationally recognised retailer.

You will need to be comfortable handling cages and operating a tail-lift for this role

Please note, for insurance purposes a minimum of 1 years' experience driving Class 2 is required for this role.

Further details are as follows:

• Pay is 17.31 an hour (PAYE only) rising to £18.31 for any hours between #removed#. £25.97 after a 9.43 hour shift, or on a 6th day (not rota'd)
