Job summary

Swift Temps Ltd in Bristol is seeking an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver for ongoing Patchway work. You will join a reliable team handling weekday deliveries with steady hours and a potential temp-to-perm path for the right candidate.

Role requires a valid HGV Class 2 licence, CPC and Tachograph card, and full UK licence with up to 6 penalty points. You should be comfortable with manual handling and physically demanding shifts, typically 5 days a week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months Cat C driving experience.

Responsibilities

We are currently recruiting experienced HGV Class 2 Drivers for ongoing work based in Patchway, Bristol. This is a great opportunity for reliable and professional drivers looking for steady Monday to Friday work with the possibility of a temp-to-perm position for the right candidate.

Job Details

• Location: Patchway, Bristol
• Start Times: Between 5:00am and 7:00am
• Shift Length: Usually up to 12 hours per day
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Contract Type: Ongoing temporary work with potential permanent opportunities

Pay Rates

• £16.97 per hour
• £16.46 per hour

Requirements

• Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
• Full UK driving licence with up to 6 penalty points accepted (depending on offence code)
• Minimum 6 months' Cat C driving experience
• Good understanding of driver hours and regulations
• Comfortable with manual handling duties
• Work involves some handball using a pump truck; candidates should be reasonably fit and happy with physical work
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible attitude
