Job summary

Drivers Plus Limited in Bradford (BD5) is hiring HGV Class 2 Day Drivers with curtain sider experience. Start times are 07:30, with shifts lasting around 8–10 hours. Work is local to Bradford, Monday to Friday, with 6–10 drops per shift.

You will operate a Curtain sider vehicle with tail lift and pump truck, securing loads and curtains as required. A valid C licence, CPC card and Driver card are essential, with no more than 6 points on your licence and a reference covering the last 2 years.

HGV Class 2 Day Drivers

Rate £14.28ph - £16ph |Curtain Sider | PAYE)

Drivers Plus is currently recruiting for HGV Class 2 Day Drivers with experience in driving curtain sider. You will be working out of Bradford (BD5). Start times will be at 07:30. Shifts last around 8 - 10 hours.

What you’ll be doing as an HGV Class 2 Day Driver:

• The company operate between Monday – Friday.
• Local deliveries around Bradford
• Drops vary depending on the contract. Average of 6 - 10 drops a shift.
• You’ll be driving a Curtain sider vehicle. Tail lift and pump truck work required. You will be required to secure your load and strap the curtains.

What we’re looking for:

We are looking for experienced HGV Class 2 Day Drivers who has experience driving Curtain Sider. Our client requires drivers with a minimum of 2 Years of experience who have actively used their license for the last 6 months. It’s essential you are a good communicator, reliable, and take pride in your work, prioritising timekeeping and health and safety. For this role it can be a physically demanding job.
