Job summary

Capital Construction Products Ltd in Chelmsford is seeking a Class 2 driver to deliver to construction sites across London and the home counties. The role runs Monday to Friday from 6am to 4pm with occasional overtime and no weekends. A 50-hour week is common, with overtime paid at time and a half.

The package includes a company pension, 22 days holiday plus 8 public holidays, and on-site parking. A CPC licence and load-securing knowledge are essential, with under 3 points preferred.

Qualifications

• The successful candidate should have knowledge of ratchet strapping and securing loads safely and hold a current CPC licence.
• The candidate must have under 3 points on the licence.
• 1 year driving experience is preferred.

Pay: £14.90 per hour

Job Description:

Fancy working Monday to Friday and finished at 4pm every day ? No weekend or overnight work and competitive rates of pay in a friendly local company.

Class 2 driver required for busy construction products firm in Chelmsford. You will be delivering to construction sites in London and the home counties Monday to Friday with no weekend work required.

The hours are 6am to 4pm occasional overtime required. This is a great opportunity to work a set shift Monday to Friday leaving you to be able to enjoy your evenings and weekends. We are a small friendly hard working team and are looking for drivers to fit in to this existing team.

It is a 50 hour week with and hourly rate of £14.90 an hour and overtime at time and a half. Holiday entitlement is 22 days plus 8 public holidays.
