Job summary

People Solutions is recruiting for HGV Class 2 ADR Drivers to join our client's transport operation in South Kirkby and the surrounding areas. This is a stable role with potential for long-term career progression.

The role targets drivers with Class 2 experience, ADR certification, and a valid CPC/Tachograph card. Benefits include weekly pay, on-site parking, staff canteen, and ongoing training and support.

Qualifications

• Valid UK Category C licence.
• Valid CPC Card.
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card.
• ADR certificate.
• No more than six penalty points (no IN, DR, DD, CD).
• Reliable, professional, and punctual.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Understanding of road safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Safely operating Class 2 vehicles to delivery locations.
• Transporting ADR consignments and completing deliveries.
• Loading and unloading with care and accuracy.
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting defects.
• Maintaining delivery records and paperwork.
• Communicating with dispatch, customers and site staff.
