Job summary

Backline Logistics Plymouth is seeking HGV Class 2 drivers with ADR tanks for our client in Ivybridge, Devon. The role involves multi-drop LPG deliveries and operating bulk tankers on a rolling 4 on/2 off pattern, starting at 06:00.

This ongoing position runs at least until April with temp-to-perm opportunities for the right candidate, and pays hourly PAYE with overtime. Applicants must hold valid HGV Class 2, CPC, Tachograph and ADR Tank qualifications.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Class 2 license with CPC and tachograph required.
• ADR certificate (minimum Class 2 in Tanks) required or training available.
• Health and safety conscious and compliant with procedures.
• Flexible with shift patterns; some weekend work possible.

Responsibilities

• Multi-drop LPG deliveries to client sites.
• Operate bulk tankers and associated equipment.
• Work a 4 on, 2 off rolling shift pattern.

Backline Logistics Plymouth are seeking HGV Class 2/ category C Drivers with ADR (tanks) for our client in Ivybridge, Devon. This is an ongoing, full time role running until at least April. There are temp to perm opportunities available for the right candidate.

The Role:

• Main duties includes multi-drop of LPG and operating bulk tankers.
• 4 on 2 off rolling shift pattern.
• 6:00am until finish, you will be paid for a minimum of hours per week, enhanced rate of pay after this.
• This role is ongoing until April time guaranteed.
• £ per hour PAYE, overtime is paid at £

About you:

• Holds a valid driving licence with HGV Class 2/ Category C entitlement, CPC and Tacho.
• Holds a current ADR certificate (minimum Class 2 in Tanks/Packaged Goods). If you have had ADR is the past but it has lapsed, we can provide training.
• Health and safety conscious.
• Flexible with shift patterns as some will fall over weekends.
