Job summary

Pertemps in Basingstoke is seeking experienced HGV Class 2 drivers for flexible, on-demand shifts. This temp-to-perm role offers local and longer-distance routes, safe driving, and professional customer interactions.

Starting rate £16.00 per hour, with weekend work possible. Requires UK HGV Class 2 licence, CPC and Digital Tachograph, and up to 6 points. Full UK licence preferred. Apply to join a reputable logistics team.

HGV Class 2 Basingstoke £16 an hour

We are looking for highly motivate Class 2 drivers to join our team. We are looking for experience Class 2 drivers, if you are looking for ADHOC work or a temp to perm role. We can help with that.

Overview about the role

• Starting rate of £16.00 an hour

• Start times do vary and may include weekend work
• Safely delivering a range of goods across local and longer-distance routes
• Providing excellent customer service at delivery points
• Representing our clients in a professional and timely manner
• Completing delivery paperwork and following route instructions

Requirements for this Class 2 HGV Role:

• A full UK driving licence (maximum of 6 points)
• Previous Class 2 driving experience
• Good knowledge of local areas and safe driving practices
• Full UK relevant driving licence (No more than 6 points)
• HGV Class 2 Licence with 2 years' experience of driving
• CPC card and Digital Tacho Card
