Job summary

Interaction Recruitment Group is currently seeking experienced HGV Class 1 (C+E) drivers for ongoing night driving roles in Coventry. The position focuses on trunking between distribution sites with no multi-drop deliveries and offers night, late and overnight shifts with excellent hourly rates.

Qualifications

• Full HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence held for at least 12 months
• Minimum 180 days of Class 1 driving experience in the last 2 years
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph card
• No more than 6 penalty points
• Ability to pass vetting and DBS checks
• Reliable and safety-conscious approach

Responsibilities

Interaction Recruitment is looking for experienced HGV Class 1 (C+E) Drivers for ongoing night driving opportunities in Coventry.

We're recruiting drivers for a busy distribution operation offering planned trunking routes, competitive hourly rates and a choice of evening, late and overnight shifts.

Excellent Night Rates

• Night shifts - £24.57 per hour

• Late shifts - £23.09 per hour

• Evening shifts - £22.22 per hour

All rates are PAYE and depend on the shift worked.

Your Role

You'll be responsible for completing scheduled Class 1 trunking runs between distribution sites.

This is predominantly driving-focused work, allowing you to concentrate on what you do best - driving.

You’ll carry out daily vehicle checks, follow transport schedules and comply with all drivers' hours and tachograph regulations.

What We’re Looking For

• Full HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence held for at least 12 months
