Job summary

Interaction Recruitment Group is currently seeking experienced HGV Class 1 (C+E) drivers for ongoing night driving roles in Coventry. The position focuses on trunking between distribution sites with no multi-drop deliveries and offers night, late and overnight shifts with excellent hourly rates.

Rates start at £22.22–£24.57 per hour depending on shift, paid PAYE with weekly pay. The role includes daily vehicle checks, adherence to drivers’ hours and tachograph rules, and guaranteed hours where

Qualifications

• Full HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence held for at least 12 months
• Minimum 180 days of Class 1 driving experience in the last 2 years
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph card
• No more than 6 penalty points
• Ability to pass vetting and DBS checks
• Reliable and safety-conscious approach

Responsibilities

• Complete scheduled Class 1 trunking runs between distribution sites
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and comply with tachograph regulations
