Job summary

MOKI TRANS LTD is seeking a skilled Class 1 C+E driver to join our Widnes-based logistics team. The role involves transporting goods safely, ensuring timely deliveries, and representing the company professionally with customers. Employed on a PAYE/NI basis, full-time guaranteed work.

Responsibilities include pre-trip/post-trip inspections, accurate logs, and adherence to road safety regulations. Tramping experience is preferred; good attitude and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid commercial driving licence (C+E or equivalent) with a maximum of 6 points.
• Proven experience as a delivery driver or in commercial driving roles is preferred.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph card.
• Previous tramping experience preferred.
• Good attitude and reliability.

• Trucking between varied distribution centres and 3rd party locations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, reporting any maintenance issues.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation as required.
• Follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, representing the company professionally.
• NO Manual handling
