Job summary

Interaction Recruitment is recruiting for HGV Class 1 drivers in Wolverhampton for ongoing, well-paid daytime work. You will operate trunking routes between distribution sites, with shifts including early mornings and days.

Applicants must have a valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence, CPC and Tachograph card, and a clean driving record. This role offers guaranteed hours, weekly PAYE payments, and regular shifts with no multi-drop deliveries.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence held for a minimum of 12 months
• At least 180 days of Class 1 driving experience within the last 2 years
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph card
• No more than 6 penalty points
• Ability to complete the required vetting and DBS checks
• Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious

Responsibilities

• Transport loads safely between distribution sites following scheduled routes

Pay Rates

• £21.44 per hour – Standard day shifts

• £22.48 per hour – Dawn shifts (02:01–04:00 starts)

• £21.99 per hour – Early shifts (04:01–05:00 starts)

• £21.71 per hour – Early shifts (05:01–05:30 starts)
