Job summary

Ignition Driver Recruitment are seeking experienced HGV Class 1 Drivers for ongoing work in Leeds, LS10. The role involves trunking and collections with clean vehicles and minimal manual handling. Shifts run Monday to Friday with various start times.

You will need a UK HGV Class 1 licence, a valid DCPC and Digi-tacho, and at least 12 months Class 1 experience. We offer weekly pay, a £150 retention bonus after 12 weeks, and opportunities to work from Leeds or Middleton.

The role involves straightforward trunking and collection work, with clean vehicles, clean freight and minimal manual handling.

About you

You will have your valid UK HGV Class 1 Driving Licence and at least 12 months experience driving commercially. You must also have your UK DCPC card and a valid Digi-tacho card. Our client may accept up to 6 points on your licence, but we can not accept DD, TT, DR, CD, IN endorsements. As a professional Driver, you will be up to date with the WTD regulations and be able to monitor and keep your working hours accordingly.

You will be a UK resident and will be able to travel to and from the site for your shift. We are unable to assist with VISA applications and cannot assist with relocation.
