Job summary

ShiftHero is recruiting Class 1 HGV drivers for immediate starts in Leeds and Bradford. The positions offer flexible shifts, ongoing work, and a quick path to permanent roles with competitive rates and weekly PAYE pay.

Roles include trunking, RDC and depot deliveries with day and night options. Requirements include a valid Class 1 CE licence, CPC and Digital Tacho, and knowledge of hours rules; ADR is beneficial but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• A valid Class 1 (CE) licence entitlement.
• Valid CPC & Digital Tachograph.
• Good understanding of drivers hours rules and regulations.
• No more than 6 points (or major endorsements).
• ADR certification would be beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Earlier start possible.
• Trunking, RDC, depot deliveries, multi-drop - runs depending on the route.
• Ensure safe loading, securing, and unloading of materials.
• Complete daily vehicle checks and maintain accurate delivery records.
• Provide excellent customer service while representing company.
