Job summary

James Kemball is seeking a qualified HGV Class 1 Drivers/Trampers to join the team for safe and efficient container deliveries across the UK.

Salary is £40,229 per annum. The role requires 2 years container experience with skeletal trailers, a clean Class 1 C+E licence with an in-date DQC and Digital Tachograph Card, and a good grasp of safe working practices. RHIDES card is advantageous. Opportunities exist within a well-established Uniserve Group.

Qualifications

• 2 years container experience with skeletal trailers.
• Hold a clean valid Class 1 C+E HGV licence, along with an in-date DQC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• RHIDES Card advantageous.
• Strong understanding of safe working practices and manual handling procedures.
• Clear and confident communication skills.
• Collaborative approach with a positive, proactive attitude.
• Drivers with good HGV experience will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Deliver containers safely and efficiently across the UK.
• Ensure compliance with transport regulations and tachograph rules.
• Maintain vehicle and load safety standards at all times.
