Job summary

GBA Logistics is expanding its dedicated fleet in Scunthorpe. We seek professional Class 1 Drivers to join our team; you will stay out 4 nights per week and represent the company with pride across the network, providing reliable end-to-end logistics support.

The role requires a minimum 6 months UK Class 1 (LGV C+E) driving experience, a clean licence (≤6 points) and a customer-focused, professional attitude. We offer job security, a supportive team, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused attitude and professionalism.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Solid understanding of tachograph rules and Working Time Directive.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Minimum 6 months UK Class 1 (LGV C+E) driving experience.
• No DD or DR offences.
• Licence with no more than 6 points.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily vehicle checks to ensure roadworthiness.
• Ensure safe loading with correct load restraint.
• Comply with traffic laws and tachograph regulations.
• Drive safely and fuel-efficiently.
• Complete regular walk-around inspections.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every touchpoint.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and professional presentation.
