Job summary

Müller UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced HGV Driver Trainer at the Droitwich Depot to develop and assess LGV drivers, boosting safety and efficiency. The role focuses on practical and classroom training, DCPC support, and ongoing development to meet regulatory standards.

You’ll work with Transport and Compliance teams to uplift driver performance, using KPIs and telematics. A full-time post with competitive shifts and benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver driver training in practical and classroom settings.
• Solid understanding of EU and RTWTD regulations.
• Experience using tachographs and compliance systems is essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging driver training and development.
• Support DCPC training and new driver inductions.
• Promote safe and fuel-efficient driving.
• Carry out driver assessments and post-incident training.
• Improve driver performance using KPIs and telematics.
• Collaborate with Transport and Compliance teams to apply best practice.
