Job summary

Corus Consultancy Limited is actively seeking reliable HGV Class 1 Drivers to work with our established logistics client. You will be responsible for completing deliveries and collections safely and on time, while maintaining a high level of customer service.

As a driver you must hold a valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence, CPC and digital tachograph card, with a strong understanding of road safety and drivers hours. Reliability, punctuality, flexibility, and good communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) driving licence.
• Valid Driver CPC and digital tachograph card.
• Good understanding of road safety and drivers hours.
• Reliable, punctual and flexible with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Complete deliveries and collections safely and on time.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report defects.
• Ensure loads are secure before travelling.
• Complete delivery paperwork accurately.
• Follow drivers hours, tachograph rules and site procedures.
• Provide a professional service to customers and site teams.
