Job summary

Fowler Welch in the United Kingdom is seeking newly qualified HGV Class 1 drivers for our chilled distribution operation based in Evesham. This permanent role offers a structured 4 on/4 off day shift with around 11-hour routes to major retail RDCs across the UK.

You will join a supportive transport team focused on safe driving and high service standards. The New Pass Programme provides buddy support and dedicated development to equip you with the essential skills for a safe and successful

Qualifications

• Newly qualified HGV/LGV C+E drivers welcome.
• LGV/HGV C+E license or test passed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver chilled distributions to main RDCs nationwide.
• Deliver to key customer sites including major UK retailers.
• Complete self-tip deliveries and pallet handling as required.
• Collect equipment/returns and transfer to site.
• Report delays or load discrepancies to Transport team.
• Complete all paperwork and sign PODs.
• Follow health, safety and hygiene standards.
