Black Point Recruitment Ltd. in Stanford-le-Hope is seeking experienced HGV Class 1 Container Drivers for an ongoing role with day shifts and early starts.

Most routes are local, with drivers completing 1 run or 2 very local runs per day, allowing more time earning and less time travelling. The role requires a valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence, Gateway Port Card, CPC and Digital Tachograph Card, and container driving experience.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) Licence is required.
• Gateway Port Card – ESSENTIAL.
• Previous container driving experience – ESSENTIAL.
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Reliable and professional attitude.
• Good knowledge of container operations.

Responsibilities

• As an HGV Class 1 Container Driver, you will be responsible for completing local container deliveries and collections.
• The work is straightforward, typically 1 run or 2 very local runs per day, keeping travel time low.
